Yeah I know it's only June but the great Strictly Vintage 2s Christmas party will be here before you know it. So rather than "scrambling" to try to find a gift for the white elephant then, I already have at least one! :D

Anybody else? :?

Alright so I read on thesamba.com that there is a "herbie" bus that is remote controlled and selling at wallyworld. So I stopped by on my way home today and after much searching I found 2 and bought them both! :P

I'll be keeping one, of course, but the other one will be a door raffle prize at our Christmas party! :D

It is a 1:18 scale, slammed, and with a narrowed front beam to boot! Here's pix:

I actually have 2 or 3 of the Club Bus patches for raffle prizes for the party as well.

Those '65 sunroof standards are getting to be a dime a dozen. Talk about played out!

I picked up a couple of two-tone panel toys in frankfurt last week. One blue/blue and one red over black. Not bad for 4 Euros each. I'm thinking maybe one for FF11 and one for the xmas party.

Last night at Wally World I had to push some kid out of the way to get my "Herbie" RC Bus. The kid cried like I puched him in the mouth. What a baby.

My wife and I seached every Walmart from Chula Vista to Poway on Saturday looking for the "BIG" VW Bus like the one Chris brought to the meeting, no luck :(
One of the employee's said they stock at night, the best chance to find one is in the morning.
I was at the one close to my house at 7:30 this morning and they had 2, 1 green one and 1 orange one.
I bought the Green one, it's way cool
I almost bought both of them but I only needed one.
Good luck if you're looking.
