Tough crowed here... built be VW Paradise. the one fin is no big deal, I'v built engines with missing fins, the spring now you are just looking for things to find.

stationary nut, I'v seen with and without, what is the big diff between the options?? I find it easier without!

The bent fins on the head looks about right for VW Purgatory err Paradise. Yet another example of their quality work. Wonder it it will last as long as my POS GEX engine that came with my double cab. It is so badly balanced that it keeps spitting exhaust studs out, but at least the price was right; FREE.

He went down in price big time then. Sorry you missed out on them, it nice to have an old bus but it can also be dang expensive!
