I could be wrong, but I don't believe there is a difference in the dizzy, as in a 6v or 12v!

The points are not the issue but the condenser is. There is a 6v (round insert to the dizzy) and a 12v (square insert to the dizzy) and the dizzy is designed to only take that type of condenser.

When I check for condenser there is no mention of a 6v or 12v, just says condenser!

Time to up grade, bail the points and go with electronic ignition!!

I have electronic on the single. I just bought a new dizzy so I will run the points for a while. Will switch later down the road.

So after all my work I got the bus running but it would hesitate when I would give it gas. I could not figure it out so I decided to take a break from working on it. While driving into work this morning in my CC, I realize when it was hesitating. I never capped off the vacuum line on the carb that went to the dizzy. ](*,) So if time permits, I will cap it off tonight and try again.

It's not but the thing that gets me is that I was searching all over my garage yesterday looking for the damn thing only to find that I had a dizzy still in the spare motor I have. So I spent money on something I didn't need to. ](*,)

Oh well. Time to start saving for disk brakes.

I carry a full line of "safari stays" if you're interested. They take the pressure off of the brackets when driving, adjustable for little air flow to max flow. They come in assorted flavors as well.

Slayer and Craig from smeLA gave 5 star ratings.

My apologizes Mr. Pyro, although I'm not sure what "Chooped" liver is?

I will contact our public relations department and have a sensitivity re-training scheduled at our earliest convenience.

We strive for 100% guest satisfaction at all times!

What are safari stays? Aren't they just pieces of dowel you stick between the bottom of the window sill and the window?

That's just silly! Dowel's are just a piece of wood. Safari stays relieve the pressure much like a shock absorber and they come in different flavors.

They are fantastic. I give them a 10/10.

I suggest the Cabernet Sauvignon flavor.

My safari stays have made my driving pleasure 100% better.
Not sure how I was able to live with them.
I use them non stop, even on the freeway.
And the soft cushioning affect, WOW, kinda like floating in air. what fun.!!
My life has been changed for the better. I no longer need therapy.
Even my wife can tell a difference.!!
Not sure what flavor I have, it really does not matter!

Can't thank you enough!
Signed:
A satisfied customer!

I am also kind of lost on this one.

Actually drove the bus for the first time in a week or so. It not only started but ran well.

I've been sick and the bus has been temporarily trapped in the driveway due to street repaving and resealing.
