Where it says Community forums|calendar|photo gallery|classifieds|home

I thought it would look nice if you put the green bar form the new layout and the drop down menus there. The forums run in a frame below so the the top always looked the same or never reloads only the frame below switched content. Just thinking with my out loud (with my fingers). check out the link to the forums on Airkewled.

They need to make the frame bigger for the forums but you kinda get the idea. Are we upgrading to phpbb2? With the features of the code on the image to register kind of stuff. and can you change the picture limit to 800 x 800 so we don't have to shrink a vertical picture to 400x 200 or something?

:?: Is there any way you can do the drop down menus with the header up there? I don't know if you need to do frames or what :???:

Up where, on the forums?

I still think the logo looks funny (fuzzy and of course oblong), also I'm glad to see that there is some more RED on the site....

Would it hurt to add a little more RED?

I just fixed he OBLONG header and the fuzziness.

Sweet, much better, very professional looking now, crisp like a suit and a tie. How about making the large type where it says "Community" in RED or RED and GREEN background?

I'm at the lab now until 9:30 and that's one of the things I will try and work on.

I will also look into the 800x800 limit.

We're running PHPBB version 2.0.22 the latest in phpbb.

As for the RED, I'll see what I can do ;-)

With this crash we lost a lot, and it is taking a while to get people back on the boards and posting with reckless abandon. Glad there was a backup to restart with.
Is there a way with our current set up to do a daily automatic backup of the site? I do not have any idea of how this might be done so I cannot offer to do it.

Stan showed me how to do a back up of the forums so I will be doing those on a weekly basis.

Remove the =NAME part and it will work, but without the name of the person you are quoting.
