Ha!...and I enjoyed it. For the record, I didn't pay the photographer for all those shots of the guy in the green shirt. There were many more deserving people there than me, but thanks anyway. We had a great time although there were many who were conspicuously absent from the event. So sorry they couldn't be there.
Happy New Year!

Speaking of Christmas, do we have a date and place for 2014's?

Who was speaking of Christmas? Unless you were at Wally World or Lowes recently

No place has been set but the time and place is always the same. Second weekend of the month.

Funny you should post this, because I was just thinking about the SV2s Christmas Party. I was going to float the idea of moving the date back to the first Saturday of December this year. The second Saturday is December 13th which is fairly late in the month and may conflict with other holiday commitments. The primary reason we moved the party from the first Saturday in December to the second was so we wouldn't conflict with the OB Holiday Parade. I no longer see this as much of a conflict since there aren't many members trying to participate in both. Post up your thoughts.

If the date were changed to the first week I **think** the turnout will be better overall.

We will still be in the OB parade since it is a long standing tradition in our family. P.A. having an entry makes it convenient to do VWs and the Parade in the same evening.

To translate what Larry write... is if you move it to the first Saturday, Larry and family will not make it anyways since they will be in the OB parade.

So hold it when ever you think is best Rob and Julie. You are the chapter reps and this year it is SD's year to throw it. So have at it.
