Make sure she has the circulating ice water velcro vest to wear for at least 3 days. That thing saved me with both shoulders done within 2 years. Best of luck, Jana!

Do you still have your vest? Or is it something you rent from the hospital? How are your shoulders now?

I still have the vest as I and my PPO insurance bought it. It will be loaned to a co-worker on January 2 for her shoulder surgery. You can rent them from a medical supply company with the doctor's prescription if your surgeon doesn't provide it. Mine was strapped on in the recovery room. Don't depend on frozen peas! Both shoulders doing MUCH better, thank you! So glad I did them!

Thanks, Sue! So glad to hear the surgery was successful. Jana's pretty worried... We'll definitely be looking into the vest thing!

Unfortunately, we cannot make it. Sorry everyone. I hope everyone has fun and can't wait to see the pictures!

Feel free to fire me and take over the treasurer position.

OK some topics to discuss at the party tomorrow. Posting it today so people have enough time to read and think about this.

1. If there is no NL (no one has stepped up), should there be dues?
2. If there is no dues, I will prorate everyone that has paid toward their membership.
3. Does someone else want the treasurer position? No I am not stepping down but will allow someone else to take it if they wish.
4. Anyone want to take on FF? I doubt it but I will do it again next year.

Last, I will hold once again a planning meeting in January at my house. I will confirm a date and post it here on the site. Since there is no NL, I will create a letter and send it out to all active members.

No

Keep it and put it towards Familienfest donuts.

3. Does someone else want the treasurer position? No I am not stepping down but will allow someone else to take it if they wish.
No thank you.

4. Anyone want to take on FF? I doubt it but I will do it again next year.
No but I will volunteer to work registration with Julie again.

Last, I will hold once again a planning meeting in January at my house. I will confirm a date and post it here on the site.
I will be there if it is not a Saturday morning meeting.

You can just tell me over a vegan taco.
