Talked with Louis. I'm bringing the Sundial with a CB! See you at La Paz!

OCTO was super cool. Great caravan, found all the stuff I needed for my various projects at decent prices, and ran into lots of club members and other friends.

Great carabus everyone. As usual so glad I had my CB. Sold some parts and sold some Bob Baker shirts. Even sold a big patch and a small patch! Kind of wish I walked around but oh well, next year.

Oh and also saw RobzKombi old kombi there. Straight from the streets of Washington and all keyed up. All the guy did (besides piss someone off to get it keyed) was slam some BRMs on it and some funky headrests on it. Now he has it for sale for $29,500

Good to see everyone.

Great OCTO! Found some fun stuff, an unexpected treasure, and picked up my SC tire holder brought down from the North. Returned some EIS windshield glass (which was not so fun.) I had to go back up the 57 later in the day and the view of the remaining buses from up high was sooooooooo cool. Thx for the caravan!

keep in mind Rob had a monster engine in it and had an A1 sidewinder in it. So that muffler was probably the crap one he was running for a while or something. Rob's old kombi is still nice. Get the scratches touched up and buffed out and you are good to go. I thought about asking the guy if he was interested in a trade.

hey you never know. Rob traded that beautiful kombi for a rusty double cab right? Yes my SC will never be worth $29k unless I actually put $29K in the bed of it.

Where and when was that taken? Was it before or after OCTO? The reason I ask is because he had a front rack on that at OCTO so I wonder how much he was wheelin and dealin.

And back to stock height!!

From in the back of the caravan I thought the # 2 bus was lagging behind the leader, turns out der58SC was riding so low I couldn't see it with all the stock height buses between us!! he he he!
