I hate driving on the freeway in my '58. Is there another way to head south from SmelL A to San Diego other than the 5?

According to google maps, it can be done if you can drive through camp pendleton, about 101 miles. Otherwise you have to go WAY around, 140 miles taking the 74 to Lake Elsinore then down to Fallbrook. Looks pretty scenic, though. Just input start point and destination and select the "Avoid Highways" option.

That's a little far. Anyone interested in going back down the PCH vs I-5? With my bus its not going to matter much time wise.

OCTO roll call?

If it's drizzling, the Sundial will be waiting at La Paz.
If it's clear, the SC will be waiting at La Paz.
Not sure where Dave24 will be.

I'm not going to be able to make it. Just got home from an entire day of building an elaborate Haunted Trail at our school, and I'm beat.

I was supposed to bring box of FF16 steins to donate for the raffle. Unless someone can pick them up, they won't be there at OCTO. Please apologize to Rich from WWest on my behalf. #-o

Dave24 and I missed the caravan but we had fun, nonetheless!

Our buses.

We hooked up with Yogi.

We left OCTO early and Dave24 and friends, Andy, and I took advantage of the gorgeous day to do PCH down to Dana Point Harbor for lunch.
Stopped for a photo-op at the Date Shake place.

I hope Bill got you that bumper Eric.

I hope those shirts were donated. Bill bring the club shirts to the meeting.

David, bring my bumper to the meeting.

Sue, why no SC?

Is that Lt. Horatio Caine busting Yogi?
