I saw a four accidents. We went 225 miles round trip tonight to have dinner with my friends good to see everyone. Merry Christmas.

I'm so glad you and Bill arrived home safely. That was quite a trek for you, but it was good to see you. Thanks for being part of the fun evening.

Sorry not to make it. The wife had other plans. I know I missed out on a great time. There is always next year though.

It was very nice seeing everyone, the food and music were good. David and Candace thank you very much for the ride-my nerves were a lot less rattled.

I'd like to also thank all of the SV2's members for the show of appreciation. I will enjoy my treat tremendously!

It was a really nice evening. Thanks to John & Tony for setting it up, and thanks to Ricardo & Mrs. Ricardo for the good food and great service. Many creative gifts........many of which were stolen from us.  :x

We had a great time! Good food, great company and lots of laughs. I really liked the buffet style dinner. Big thanks to John & Tony for picking a very cool venue.

LillyAnna, Makena and Joaquin were having a great time hangin' out. Who knew how entertaining wrapping bows stuck on your head could be! Glad you guys brought your little ones!

The gift exchange was a great time, as usual; always good for oooohs, awes, & oh dangs! The stealing was pretty fierce, though I remember worse.

Is it me or does it rain on the Christmas party just about every other year? :???: Glad to hear everyone got home safe.

John and I were very pleased with how everything turned out. Quillen's pictures told a lot of the story. Most of my pix turned out well and I'll eventually learn how to post them.

John's computer is very temperamental, so I'll get him over to my house and share all your kind thoughts with him.

The gifts, the fun, the laughter, the good food, etc., etc., made this year's party a success. As Joe Slack said about the food, "This year everybody got the food they ordered"...or something like that. He reminded me of his experience last year. I agree that the buffet was a success.

Thanks to all who weathered the storm. The "Ricardo"s were very appreciative for our business and were complimentary about our group. They included in the buffet items we hadn't even discussed to add to our festivities.

To those who weren't able to join us, we hope you can make next year's festivities. You were missed.

There were huge puddles (small lakes?) of water on the freeway heading south. Oh so glad we were driving a modern car and not the bus that night.

I was pretty bummed when I was told that I'd be out of town for that weekend. Hopefully next year I won't be stuck half-way around the world. Dubai was interesting but there wasn't an aircooled vw in sight. Lots of Bentleys, Maseratis, BMWs and Benzs (Benzes?), though.
